Re: Parking fInes - Newlyn
Hi no sorry City Council ones,I did mean to object to them because I parked in the same place for three weeks, twice a day, then over a period of two days they gave me three tickets, but I did just dump my car, because my dad was seriously ill,but he still is and I'm his main carer and work full time so I just kept shelving the letters,my query is do I have to pay the £280 this month and £280 next month to clear the debt,I am willing to pay but they flatly refused to give me anymore time to pay, sorry about the war and peace explanation
