Re: Clamped on home property, bailff left.

    the email:
    XXXXXXXXXX

I did text you on Saturday to let you know of my availability to discuss this matter. I did email you from my personal email account to let you know the current situation which is the payment will be included in this week's payment run on Wednesday with payment expected cleared and in your account on Friday.

To confirm the payments are in settlement of the outstanding issues and are made by this Council as a goodwill gesture.

With regard the vehicle damage, then the value of payment is that as stated on the quote given to me to the sum of £443.99

In addition there is a repayment of bailiff fees of £508.00

Finally there is a refund of £82.00 in respect of the duplicate payment received.

I hope that this meets your expectations and would therefore state that the case is now closed once payment has been made.

    Many thanks
