Hi , I owned a van about 2006 but never learned to drive so SORN it 9 months later I sold the van sent logbook off , years later 2012 I recieved a fine from magistrates for no tax on van , I rang dvla and the court but was told it was in marstons hands to deal with them , now when I get home from work once a week marstons have knocked threats of locksmith an removal of goods the fine was few hundred but now £1001 , I refuse to pay them or speak as I was not the owner and had SORN car previous year , I really need help ASAP THANK YOU

The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents).
