bailiffs have misspelt my surname on all enforcement documents and now state they are coming on 21st November to assess what assets I have in my property due to the debt I am disputing with DVLA and the courts, due to the misspelling, do they have a legal right to enter my property?

Depends on how much has been misspelt, if something minor and it is obvious it is you eg Brown instead of Browne then it is only minor and of no consequence. On the other hand if it is completely different eg Black instead of White then you may have an argument but don't forget depending on what this is for it is easily changed.
