      Re: HCEO

I work 35 hours week, my partner not working at the moment and has depression and anxiety. So apart from his benefits , all my wages go on rent and bills, so not much left to pay extortianate fees

Advised to and have sent email to the court legal representative with the details surrounding Marstons failure to send an Enforcement order and why it spiralled to this point, by not allowing me to set up a payment plan with them. I am at the moment awaiting an email back from the court letting me know what direction I now should take .
        I am worrying though
A Statutory Declaration is a document that is sworn on oath and should be made within 21 days of finding out about the court fine. The court can extend this period but a good reason must be given.

The court may be sympathetic to the fact that you had not received a Further Steps Notice. Did you mention this point to them?

I work 35 hours a week, mypartner isn't and has depression and anxiety. i've tried for housing and ct benefit but am slightly over their threshold for any help. So all my wages go on rent , bills and dy to day living expenses, I have no savings, so reckon I'm on the poverty level. I can't even afford a repair bill for my oven. Guess that what working on a low wage does for hard working people .

Any payment plan will take into account your income you must not offer to pay more than you can afford and will not be forced to pay what you cannot afford

Just recieved email from Marstons complaints / enquiries dept, they are looking into the matter regarding my email to them of no Enforcement Notice and their procedures. Think maybe court has contacted them about this, I willingly accept the payment to fine is mine, but the way it has been handled by Marstons Group is unethical and morally wrong ....will keep this thread updated with the progress and hopefully will help others in the same predicament x

Please do keep us updated as hopefully Marston's will resend a new Notice of Enforcement and this will only have a fee of £75 attached and you will then be able to make a sensible payment proposal. Hopefully they will agree to remove the £235 fee.

In the letter, did they say the account was on hold for the time being?
