Re: What to do when a bailiff arrives?
It has defo gone over 21 - days, I am more worried about going forward instead of fighting to have it taken backwards.
I have read someone else's post and im not sure who they told but apparently because I am on benefits and am a single parent with a small child I am classed as venerable and therefore it needs to be passed back to court so I can put my point across without being intimidated about it.
have you heard anything similar?
honestly if I had the £445 they want I would give it to them to make this go away but I really cant.
Thanks for replying
