  • Bristow Sutor council tax

Hi, sorry but I'm new here.

My partner has had a bailiff letter from Bristow Sutor regarding council tax from eleven years ago when she was with a previous partner. The letter is addressed to both of them, demanding money for an un-paid council tax bill. He moved out eleven years ago and now lives in Devon somewhere. She has no earnings as she is a housewife and does not work, but he does. I'm not paying the bill, so what do we do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
