  • Rossendales attempting to imply new fees will apply to my account

    Just received this letter from Rossendales. My account was transferred to them under the old system and they've already made their 1st and 2nd visit charges. It would be trivial for them to determine who is on the old system and who is not, but they'd rather send the letter out to scare people into thinking they're going to get hit with all these new charges...

    Are they trying to say Oh look we can come out again and charge you £235 on Sunday? If an arrangement is in place unless there is a default, the old rules apply until debt is discharged.
