Just an update, I paid the £80 fee for a form at the county court n244, on Thursday, telephone the sheriffs office today to let them know that a hearing will take place, and they informed me that the sheriffs will still come, till they receive a sealed envelope from the Judge, OMG- I will have to wait and see now, im on pins.

similar experience with Canterbury court , they really didnt want to treat my n244 application as urgent unless it was an eviction ( which it wasnt) phoned next day to find out what happened and they said its not been heard and call back Monday , its scary time

When you ring them and they say it is still sitting on a pile waiting to be heard tell them it is urgent as you have a HCEO due to attend to remove goods.

In the meantime if he does attend then speak to him though the letterbox or an upstairs window. He cannot force entry to a residential address unless he has gained peaceful entry previously. The paperwork he has is designed to be more scary than it actually is
