    Unfortunately I have no proof of the call on Wednesday.

    I have had no further dealings with the bailiff, other than the letter through the door this morning

    As for the car being on HP did you advise them of this? You will need to supply a copy of the agreement to them.

    Do you have any proof of the content of the call you made on Wednesday? I ask because I now see a pattern emerging from Equita. You are not the only one that has rang to be told they can't do anything until you speak to the assigned Bailiff. This is in turn is boosting the monies they are claiming.

    Was there a reason the original ticket never got paid?
