I have no idea what the actual amount is that is owing but this balifs letter says I owe close to £1000 which I know is definitely not right.

I am am really worried about this as the letter says they are comI ng with a van this morning at 6am to remove my belongings.

i would be really grateful for any help and advice as I know this not allowed !!

    Many many thanks

I'm not a bailiff expert, however bailiffs lie, you don't have to let them in to your home. Make sure your door is locked and all windows are closed & locked. You are a vulnerable person which the bailiffs should but probably will not take into consideration. Others will be on later who know more but this may be after 6am.

Hi Sydney, if you have a diagnosed condition, this may put you in the vulnerable category, and you should send proof to Excel, say a docrtors note etc. Are these Council tickets?
