    HI all

Going to try and make some calls today and see what I can find out.

There is no lockable door between the pub and the living accommodation unfortunately.

      Re: Help please

You need to find out from the council if you owe anything and if you do and accept that try to reach a payment agreement with the Council.
the bailiffs if they return to your Pub will make sure the customers know they are bailiffs to hassle and embarrass you they are not known as you read on here to be discreet.

Off course if its not your debt and you wished to you could give them hell if they return I did when I had a pub the twat ran away very fast never to return it was not my debt!

Always in writing. Bailiffs and council staff will lie without hesitation.

If the alleged debt is related to this, it might be worth putting in an FOI to find out a little more about this scheme.

As Plodderton points out, you might like to inform PubCo that Blaggards & Scumbags are trying to help themselves to their property.

I am still not clear here, is it Liability Order, a Distress Warrant or a County Court Judgement.

I do not think that the Council would go for an LO for an "extra service" (which was as useful as a chocolate teapot) that they more or less imposed.
The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.

A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.

A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.

It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!
