    Result everyone!!!

    After writing directly to the Council CEO and the Local MP regarding the issue, the council has reviewed the issue and has instructed Equita to waive all the charges being applied to my process.

    Thanks everyone who gave some hints and helped me out! And for everyone out there being victim of unscrupulous bailiffs, don't give up and keep complaining!
