Mr Woods' behaviour is not sufficiently serious enough to warrant submitting a Form 4 complaint to the county court that issued his bailiff certificate. As he and Marstons are acting for H.M. Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), please follow the advice I have given in Post #12 and complain to HMCTS. However, if you have not already done so, complain to Marston's management. If they fob you off, go to HMCTS.

I think we are getting sidetracked here, my reading of this thread is that the OP grandson owes for tax. The one for Marstons is an older one that has already been paid in full. Whilst there is nothing wrng in getting an overpayment back it is ancillary to the problem with HMRC.
