Hello my son lived with us for a very short time whilst sorting his broken relationship , he got fines for harrassment which we now find he has not paid or been paying, he moved on some months ago and now we have a removel notice thru our door for the sum of £445 or goods will be removed , there is nothing of his here and he is not here or going to be , I was told by the person that the only way this will go away is if its paid by fri 16th jan , this has obviously put the fear of god up us , and we want to know where we stand , my son is not taking any responsibility for this instead just telling us to throw it in the bin and tell them where to go , annoyed is an understatement , any help much appreciated

Re: Marstons My Sons Unpaid court Fines
As is customary and almost traditional, the momzer from Marstons has misrepresented his powers. He is not allowed to seize goods belonging to anyone other than the fine defaulter and he knows that - or he ruddy well ought to!
Go to the "useful letters" page and copy the second statutory declaration - the one declaring who owns the goods and chattels in your house - and edit it appropriately to suit. Take it to a Commissioner for Oaths - most solicitors will do this - and swear that it is true. Get several notarized or sealed copies - one to be sent to Marstons, one for the magistrates' court where your naughty boy was arraigned, one for the bästärd bailiff when the berk next attends and a few more for spare.
I do not believe that you have any statutory obligation to tell the bästärd bailiff where your son is hiding other than to tell him that he is not domiciled with you and has not been for (number) of months.

Re: Marstons My Sons Unpaid court Fines
If the bailiff left the letter threatening removal of goods without making contact then, unless he/she has a christal ball would not know if your son lived at the property or not.
However all you need to do is make a copy of your council tax bill and post to Marston with a covering note stating that you son is not there, and (it would help your case) to give them his current adddress and phone number if you have them.
It is not fair that the sins of the children should effect their parents. The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.
A mutation of the beast now comes black leather clad, riding a motorcycle that looks like a battenbergh cake on wheels.
A skilled predator, totally ruthless with it's prey, but also known to be extremely generous in doling out tickes that can provide points for motorists who want to downsize from mechanically propelled vehicles to bycicles.
It's a dirty job, but someone got to do it!
My opinions are free to anyone who wishes to make them theirs, but please be advised that my opinions might change without warning once more true facts are ascertained
