Rossedales scum at my door for pcn x 2

I am not the best at writing spelling and so on so please forgive any mistakes,
In sept i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia told i could not work due to the health issues i had as well as the panic attacks and depression from been assaulted by a rossendale bailiff collecting on council tax after breaking a good few rules and laws and so on she went on to assault me needless to say i followed the instructions given by sites and so on and it came to she lost her certificate she was arrested for assault but they never went through arghh she was left with no job also 11 police officers reprimanded for assisting her into my home so i do no most of what comes with rossendales scum and council tax but im blind in the pcn side

i had forgot all about these my head has been up my bkside after been diagnosed and loosing my brother aswell as other things

1 amount sent to them was £82
charged £11.20 for letter
charged 2.20 vat

this is all that's on computer apparently
Bailiff turned up at my door yesterday morning told him to back off as he was pretty close asked him for id he refused said he didnt need to show me he was trying always to get in he failed and will every time he put down on a walking possesion agreement my other halfs van his name not on the pcn this is what he posts as costs though
client debt outstanding £95.44 then in between 2nd visit and levy fee he has £33.60 my wondering is where is the 1st vist ? does it work the same way as the council tax laws ?

my other pcn is
£112.00 passed to them
£11.20 letter charge
£2.20 vat

then again he put on walking possession agreement the same van

costs are
client debt outstanding 125.44
then in between 2nd visit and levy fee he has 41.40
again no sign of 1st visit fee

I did email when i got the 1st letter asking for what ever i needed to fill in to pay by installments they sent it but only had my phone and it wouldn't download so i emailed back and they said no to sending a paper copy and that a bailiff had been dispatched by the time i read that email he had already been on my door step

i have spoke to someone on the phone today who said the bailiff had sent it back to the office already wonder why because to me that's pretty quick

Charges and stuff are a ark area to me on the pcn side so any help would be good in speaking to the ppl in parking at the council where as much health as a chocolate fireguard i have also tried to pay these online today and its not allowing me

As is usual for Tosserdales, the levy on your husband's van is:

• invalid, as it belongs to a third party
• improper on the second levy as, even if the first levy had been valid, it would already have been seized for the council

Their fees are also wrong, as they are charging two sets of fees per visit. The Local Government Ombudswoman - for it is she - says that's illegal.

The next thing those bästärd bailiffs will do will be to add on two lots of "attendance with van to remove" fees, at £160 each, even though they have no valid levy in place.

Look at https://www.writetothem.com/ for details of your local, elected, ward councillors, your MP and, provided s/he's not in the BNP, your MEP. Write to them, telling them what Tosserdales are doing.

It is quite likely that your fibromyalgia (FMS) places you in the vulnerable category. Just as a matter of interest, which type of FMS have you been diagnosed with, i.e. Post Viral, Trauma-Related or Stress-Related, and did it onset following the attack by the Human Battering Ram?

I knew as much in that the van made the levy invalid but was curious to the other as they came with 2 lots of paperwork i was not sure if they could add 2 lots of Fee's if i no where i stand i will happily have that battle with them all over again as worrying as the 1st one was i do not see why they should be pushing ppl around i wouldn't let someone on the street do it to me so no way is the scum of the earth are going to the more i can drag them through the muck the better they made my life hell a few yr ago like i say on the council tax side i no it pretty much inside out pcn is something i no nothing of since all of that i have been diagnosed with a government noticed disability is there anything i can push at them on that ( i hate thinking of myself like that ) but top and bottom of it is i'm on high dose meds constantly and suffer with the panic pretty bad i get esa but refuse to claim disability

The now non bailiff was samantha ann fallon i was diagnosed in sept with it suffered since i was preg with my 9 yr old with the pain side of things was told i had 2 dry discs spent time in and out of hospital with no understanding to any of the other pains and so on the panic and severe depression has been since the assault i cant bare nobody in my house anymore after a police sergent brought her into my home when i tried to stop that i ended up with 9 coppers on my back in cuffs and my kids screaming the thought of someone coming in my house even my friends sends me into over drive and i wont allow the kids their friends in either which is wrong

no i don't want to i do not class myself as disabled yes i struggle and i get help with care like cooking and stuff i often forget the cookers on or i might not have the strength in my arm to hold a pan its hanging onto my few things i can do thats kinda keeping me a bit on the sane side ( i think LOL ) but these muppets really are not helping at the min i had a fall on sat that landed me in hospital off my face on morphine and in agony tuesday morning i had to answer the door to these muppets

Vicki,

Even though you have a husband to look after you, sooner or later, you are going to need help because of the way the FMS can affect you. I would advise you to apply for Disabled Living Allowance (DLA) as I have. A lot of people with FMS are on DLA.

Sorry to repeat the question, did you have FMS before the assault or did it onset following the assault?

I aint sure what oders hit when she lost her certificate and it was northumbria police after it all speaking to a inspector he actually took a good chunk of some of my papers ( copied of corse ) to put into their training he admitted himself they knew very little over bailiff law

I had what i thought was a bad back/ general aches and pains some depression and a dam crap memory hence how the council tax slipped in the first place but i was not diagnosed and the panic attacks and severe depression didnt hit me till it all happened with her

Before sept i had never herd of fibro till sept and still no very little about it im learning new things daily the panics and the overwhelming need to sleep seem to over power me the most and the forgetting everything just annoys me but im determined that these muppets are not gonna get one over on me

FMS following pregnancy is not uncommon, as FMS goes. Falls aren't uncommon either. Unlike yourself, I cannot take morphine due to an adverse reaction to opiates, nor can I take anti-inflammatory drugs due to adverse reactions. Know the problems with pans and the aches and pains. Full marks to Northumbria Police for admitting they knew little about bailiff law and doing something to rectify it. Pity 11 police officers decided to behave like idiots and got their backsides kicked and a black mark on their records before change came about.

The crap memory may be the dreaded Fibro Fog which FMS patients tend to get. Support groups exist. Contact Fibro Action and FMAUK for details of groups and support in your area.

I have joined a couple of groups on fb and learning lots from them but still think there is so much more to learn wether i remember what i learn is another thing LOL. When speaking to the inspector he was pretty forthcoming in how much i could protect myself in my own home against them even went as far as to say even a jug of hot water was not wrong if i felt in anyway scared

Make sure its boiling water but make sure when you trip over with it is upwards thrown into the bailiffs face funny how accidents appen milord!

yep anything you do always make sure its up over self defense is a must and should always be up over LOL
