As you don't own a car and they haven't been let in all the fees are as CC would say stercus bovi

        Hey Everyone,
Just need to say a Massive Thank You to everyone that offered advice and support it has been invaluable. Armed with the information and a few well chosen phrases from your advice I sat in the council offices today for two hours to resolve the issue. Eventually it was realised that Jacobs had added charges for a van and for a levy without these taking place purely because they intended to. In the end there charges were just £84.00. the council agreed to take back the debt and set up a reasonable payment plan with me and set up a reasonable payment plan of the £84.00 to Jacobs as well. Without the advice of this page I wouldn't have known how to argue and resolve this case within the 48 hours or had the strength to stay strong to my rights for 2 hours. Thank You.

So what was the £84 for? Giving them the benefit of the doubt would see 1st & 2nd Visit Fees total £42-50 so what is the other £41-50 for? As they have been caught "cheating" and had the account pulled from them I would contend you actually owe £00-00 to them in fees.
