First thing I will say is that marstons have done nothing wrong and are just acting on instructions.

Just like the guards did at Auschwitz.

But going for a Writ immediately on receipt of the CCJ is a bit naughty.

Eh?

Therefore, the timeline is this:
CCJ - 13/11/13
Writ - 13/12/13
Cleared funds through our Bank - 30/12/13.

The claimant waited a month or so before obtaining the writ, though the application for the writ may have been made some time previously.

As the CCJ was paid within 28 days

It wasn't.

That's what you get for doing this whilst working. Obviously overlooked the dates and if so then the CCJ will just be marked as Satisfied and not removed from file. Many apologies if I've mislead - thanks CC for keeping me on the straight & narrow.
