    Do you have the link?

Link as requested. The guy carrying the wheelclamp is well p*ssed-off with the council over the actions of their idiotic enforcement agents. There is also mention of Unlawful Arrest.

So he's planning to claim for his wasted time from the council or the bailiffs, at the rate of £10 per minute.

        That's odd...

He doesn't look like a barrister, does he?

The look on the face of the council official says it all, hope the guy wins against the numpties. As the guy sounded Welsh, I wonder if the bailiff was from the cretins at Excel?

What do barristers look like? Would it help if they if wore hats with 'Barrister' written on them?

If he put a lot of work into the case, I can understand him looking the way he did. It's the same when you put six months into preparing a criminal case for court and CPS decide not to run with it. It is soul-destroying.

They prosecuted some 10 year old girls for CRIMINAL DAMAGE, for chalking hopscotch squares onto a pavement, said chalk washed off next time it rained, so depending what the clear up rate is and the targets they may do.

                  Seriously, Op shouldn't worry.
