Re: bailiffs threating to take my stuff
No if they call on Christmas Day they will try to levy the turkey and Christmas tree. If they were allowed in Scotland imagine what would happen to a bailiff if he called on a Glaswegian on Hogmany and tried to levy the whisky.....
Whatever the digression if he doesn't call today poppilea can rest easy tomorrow at least, but must get onto things early doors Monday. Be aware that bailiffs may call at 5:30 or 6 am if they are feeling particularly fee hungry, and levy any car they set eyes on.

The Black rat (Rattus rattus) is a common (hence the accusation of being Pleb) long-tailed rodent of the genus Rattus (rats) in the subfamily Murinae (murine rodents). The species originated in tropical Asia and spread through the Near East in Roman times (another thing that we ought to thanks the Romans for, besides roads, aqueducts and public toilets) before reaching Europe by the 1st century and spreading with Europeans across the world.
Anything to do with Marstons is secondary to this. It may be worth pursuing, it may not, depending how the OP sees things, but the main priority has to be to sort out the main issue with the court still. :beagle:
