That is good to hear. To make sure the fees have been lifted can I suggest you reapply for a breakdown of their fees and we'll see what they have left on it.

I know I'm not going to pursue it any further now. The balance is £331.68 plus £42.50. They aren't waiving the £42.50 as a "good will gesture". The balance with the levy charges was £409, so I am paying a bit less, not much though. I just want to lay it to rest now and forget this terrible incident, but if anyone on here needs any help let me know. I will help. Also thank you for everyone's help, you have all been ace :-)
