    Please Help
a while ago I did let a "nice" man in who took an inventory of my things. I then contacted rossendales to offer a payment that I could afford but they knocked it back and said I had to pay 3x the amount I just could not do it.
I contacted CAB and my appointment is in the system as I wanted to pay but could not afford that figure.
They are returning today to get my things I can't afford the £500 they want , my partner/ daughters father died over the weekend and I can't take this and am scared whitless.
i can ring them but only if I have the money to pay and I don't . I want to grieve with my little girl but now have this aswell . Any advice?

Surely grieving for a close member of the family you must be classed as vulnerable and as such they Bailiffs must withdraw.

Re: Final Notice on walking Possesion

You should contact the Council and advise the situation and demand the Bailiffs be withdrawn. If faced with a stonewall from the Council then contact your local Councillor(s) by phone and ask for help.

You should also contact Rossendales direct and advise the same, any proof can be sent later. They do have a Welfare Dept and I will try and dig the info out for you now.

Re: Final Notice on walking Possesion

Given the seriousness of this query and the obvious vulnerability, Rossendales were asked to take the account back. They immediately agreed and your account is now being administered by their Welfare Team.

Mandi, your daughter and your partner's family have some dreadful days ahead of you and my thoughts (and I am sure everyone else's viewing this thread) are with you all.

Many thanks for getting this sorted Milo. I'm sure that for now MandiL can do what she needs without the immediate threat of the Bailiff.

I saw this thread earlier and refrained from posting anything because I couldn't help.
              Thanks Milo and PTom.

                Thanks Milo.

Mandi, I lost my own father not very long ago, and things can be very difficult at times. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I'm so glad you came here where we were able to sort things out so quickly for you.

Well done Milo for resolving this swiftly and sympathetically. Just goes to show how working sensibly with the bailiff companies provides for the ability to intervene in extreme and sensitive cases.

                  THANK YOU

MandiL - I hope you and your daughter are able to comfort each other at this awful time. My deepest sympathy to you xxx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
