It is this bit, Part 6 which is the bone of contention

      PART 6
      THIRD PARTY CLAIMING CONTROLLED GOODS
      Application of Part 6

      48. This Part applies where a person (“the applicant”) makes an application to the court claiming that goods of which control has been taken are that person’s and not the debtor’s.
Payments into court by third party: underpayments

49.—(1) Any underpayment to be determined by reference to an independent valuation under paragraph 60(5) of Schedule 12 must be undertaken by a qualified independent valuer.

      (2) Any underpayment determined by the qualified independent valuer must be paid within 14 clear days after provision of a copy of the valuation to the applicant.

Luckily at the moment all that needs to be done is show Busted & Stupid the tenancy agreement with the list of furniture belonging to the landlord.

And a government that is rotten to the core and dances to the tune of vested interests. It needs peeps to make a lot of noise about it and make the politicians run to change their underpants. Reminding politicians - local and national - that they are servants of the people, not their masters, and keep reminding them of this does get to through to them. The louder the clamour gets, the less the politicians can ignore it.

The Big Society was the flagship policy idea of the 2010 UK Conservative Party general election manifesto. It now forms part of the legislative programme of the Conservative – Liberal Democrat Coalition Agreement.[1] The stated aim is to create a climate that empowers local people and communities, building a "big society" that will take power away from politicians and give it to people.[2]
