    Hi everyone
I have just joined this site as I urgently need help...I had a visit from a miss ellis @ marstons on friday morning at 07.30 for a speeding fine of £390 from may 2009 I have this info on my licence that was on when I changed addresswith points. I have never had any letters at this address from any court I didnt even know anything about it....she told me she was going to get a locksmith and the police she made a call in her van eith the guy that was with her but left after 15 mins leaving behind the card saying she would be back underlining BY FORCE..I later found out she has been quizzing my neighbours for my car details and movement times. I am scared she will come back what can I do....sorry for rambling but am terrified.
    Hope someone can help me..Thankyou

You are in the wrong Forum, click the little black triangle and ask to be moved to the Bailiff Forum.

An N244 is for civil debts and has no bearing on a Magistrates Court Fine. You will need to contact the originating Court yourself and be allowed to swear a Statutory Declaration to the fact you knew nothing of this offence as you had moved house. If points were supposed to have been put on your licence & have not then don't be surprised to find your licence has been revoked which will also mean any insurance you have will be void.
