Apologies, I didn't actually mean you. In the link there is an 'outlawla' who I thought may be our outlawgo under a different username. It is rather similar!

Right! I just remembered this response to a Freedom of Information request which may reinforce an argument against the charge. Milton Keynes stated that its bailiff contractors where only permitted to apply the Head H fee "where goods have been physically removed from the debtor’s premises".

The extent to which councils have been duped by their bailiff contractors into believing the Head H charge is a perk of the job is contained in these couple of documents; 1 and 2

I thought it might be helpful! The Header H fee has long been a source of contention. :beagle:
