I received a letter from Rossendails today with requested information regarding the costs incurred on my debt for council tax ( I send request on 23 march) It's states
First visit fee £24.50 incurred on 31 January
Second visit fee £18 incurred on 5 march 2012
levy fee £39 incurred on 12 march 2012
Attendance costs £125 incurred on 19 July 2013
The person who replyed to me states that he is satisfied the costs are correct
But it difficult to agree with that because I can't really understand how they can charge for future visit, yes that date 19 July 2013 is correct.. and unfortunately I'm not aware of any Levys?
I don't really know where to go from here , hope anyone can help me with advice..
