Re: Ross and Roberts Bailiff Query

    BB,

In answer to your question as to who took over the contract at Plymouth City Council, it is Waller's Wide Boys, otherwise known as JBW. Plymouth CAB contacted me about this as they do not know a lot about them. When I filled them in on the way JBW's bailiffs behave, including a video on Dailymotion showing Jamie Waller and one of his goons attempting to illegally force their way into someone's home, they are now going to keep a very close watch on them. I have alerted CAG site team about the change of contract and asked to be informed of incidents, in Plymouth, involving JBW, as I will be passing these to Plymouth CAB for collation and submission to the Plymouth Fairness Commission. It may also educate PCC as to why you don't give contracts to companies that claim to be ethical on their websites, but are far from it in reality.

Local government officers can be prosecuted under the Criminal Law for any wrongdoing which is contrary to the law and for which they can be prosecuted that they commit during the course of their employment as an lgo. This is in addition to offences of Misconduct or Misfeasance in Public Office. Directors of a bailiff company can be held liable under the Criminal Law and, also, under Criminal Justice Law. Elected representatives can also face criminal prosecution.

That is what I understood it to be, they are liable along with their bailiffs for any criminal act, ignorance of the law is no defence, pity they don't realise this when they send letters that support their bailiff with unlawful fees and phantom visits that = FRAUD have you a link to the JBW muppetry?

Ringing someone up and making threats in order to obtain money you are not legally-entitled to demand is Blackmail (Section 21, Theft Act 1968) and offences under Section 1, Malicious Communications Act 1988 and Section 127, Communications Act 2003. The tide is slowly beginning to turn against the corruption within the justice system and the Establishment is absolutely crapping themselves. They are terrified are being exposed. The only way to defeat those who seek to undermine the law is to expose them and name and shame them. I would have no hesitation "outing" a bent bailiff, police officer, civil servant or lgo. They serve no useful purpose to society or those who are honest.
