County court baillifs jurisdiction ?

Hello everyone how are you hope you are winning some battles....Could somebody tell me if a Baliffs-Cease-and-Desist NOTICE may be used upon a registered county court bailliff for civil debts such as the following (are all these listed civil debts ?) :-

• Council tax arrears
• Bank debts
• Credit card debts
• Utility companies
• Mobile phone companies
• Personal debts
• County Court Judgements
• Civil Court orders
• Benefits overpayment etc...

Yes. it may be used.

It won't do you a bit of good and he'd probably just ignore it as pseudo-legal poppycock, but you may use it with just as much impunity as a Bat-Bogey Hex or a Curse to infest his groin with the fleas of a thousand camels.

Until and unless judgement has been obtained for the creditor in any of the above, no bailiff should be seeking payment or trying to levy distress on any goods.

Work OK with TV Licensing, and a DCA, useless for bailiffs.
