He told me I have 14 days to pay the outstanding amount of 322 pounds. I can't afford to pay any more this month can he take my car or anything from my home if I can't pay on the 28th may 2013 ? That's when he said he will be back. I am so worried its making me more I'll than I already am. Please help if you can many thanks
ps he has left me with a notice of seizure notice and the car is on it on the 14/05/13 giving 2 weeks to pay outstanding balance.

    He lied.

Now, as it is not unknown for mistakes to be made, had you actually acquired a parking ticket?
    Which council was involved?

      Re: EQUITA

Send in a Formal Complaint to the head of parking at the council, copied to CEO, and Elected leader, also copy it to your MP, who should be appraised of the councils agents muppetry regarding unlawful seizure and treat of removal of of a vehicle needed by a disabled person that is the property of Motability Finance, prima facie: that you were the victim of an UNLAWFUL seizure of a Motability car by their agent Equita. Bear in mind that if Equita are the bailiff this council may well have a Capita infestation, as in capita run the offices for the council and guess what? They own Equita

As he has an unlawful levy I would tell them that all fees associated with the levy MUST be removed. It may be worth reporting Equita to the OFT under Credit Fitness, and Northampton Trading Standards who are investigating the activities of this shocking excuse for a company.

AND NO HE CANNOT TAKE YOUR CAR. The car is on a lease so will never belong to you the bailiff is a liar and a cheat quite simply.

What council is this? Don't worry Beagles will help you sort this.

The Equita muppet has levied the Motability Car, what award do you reckon he should have? How about the Wazzock Of The Week?

Just had a thought the award should be the Pizzpot Crown, a crown made from a chamber pot to be worn whilst out in public for the rest of the week.

Had you not displayed your blue badge, or had you overstayed?

As he is grossly overcharging (look here - link - for what he may lawfully charge) you need a breakdown of the charges added to the parking penalty. Use the first letter from here - link.

His lawful fee, by the way, is only £48.16 + VAT = £57.80.

Because the fees they charge are Tall Tales, as in fairy Stories perhaps.

Would you open the door to a vampire, even though Holy Water or a Crucifix would keep them away?

Then why would you open the door to a bailiff, on whom neither Holy Water nor a Crucifix would have any effect?

It is not a fine from a Magistrates' Court and, despite the lies he may tell, he is not allowed to force entry to your residence.

You do not have to let him in, if he was to tow the Motability car away away, he would be in very hot water, theft of motor vehicle being one problem he will have to deal with, his levy is unlawful you can tell him to foxtrot oscar, and film him even with a mobile phone through the letterbox if neccessary to capture ant threats and unl;awful claims
