They will be doing their best NOT to provide that as they must know the
levy and therefore fees are invalid, and to demand them is fraud.

I do not understand how that might exculpate them.

If you have his number I would call him and ask which Court granted his Certificate, then ring the Court concerned and ask them if this was a new application or a renewal and what date(s) they became effective from.

They left nothing other than what has been posted on here

Nothing left 1st so called visit
Nothing left 2nd so called visit
Notice prior to removal of goods through the post
Removal Notice left by Reg the bailiff.

Thats all I have ever had from them

They can't even get the time of the visit right in the paperwork, according to Reg the so called bailiff he came at 6am, but according to the records Newlyns have checked he came at 12 noon.

This outfit is just a complete joke

I don't fancy ringing a bailiff, who says he will tell me anything?
07909 655632 is the number he left, if any one wants to follow up he licence check

Note that the signature of the Managing and Operations Director, on page 3, was a signature JPG pasted into the document.

North wales police got a kicking for putting photocopied signatures on summonses for talivan speeding tickets. Obviously Newlyn are as dupklicitous. If they will not provide details of the levy, or the registration number of the car, then perhaps the vehicle is a figment of their imagination, in which case it is fraud.

Before sending a fomal complaint to the council, I have given Newlyns one last chance to tell me which court Reg the bailiff was licenced and to identify the vehicle they claim to have levied. I will let you know they response when it arrives

Well their response to my request arrived this morning, so quite obviously they don't read or address anything you bring to their attention.

I am assuming that if they do come they can only take goods that have already been levied, ie, the vehicle that I don't own?
They are welcome to that, I am sure the legal owner will be happy to report its theft to the Police

                          That's their usual toothless threat.

I am wondering if it is worth sending a copy of the Fraud Act 2006 to Newlyns, highlighting Sections 2, 3 and 12. It is an offence not to disclose information you have a legal duty to disclose with the intention of gain for oneself or that of another, or causing a person loss, or exposing them to loss or the risk of loss. It certainly appears to be the case here. If Newlyns continue to behave as they have up to now, they cannot then argue they did not know or were not warned. I would also be inclined to send a second copy to the creditor to warn them of the serious nature of their contracted agents actions and the adverse publicity this would attract if the matter were to find its way into the public domain.

Just had a quick e-mail from Newlyn. This is in response to the last message I sent them regarding which vehicle had supposedly been levied as well as the legitimacy of the bailiff. They confirmed receipt of that mail on Jun 27 (13 days ago). All they've said is that "We are currently in the process of investigating the circumstances surrounding this matter and will respond to you during the course of the following 10 days." Just thought I'd keep you in the loop.

Well Newlyn reply came about what and who's car they have levied.
Apparently they are not satisfied with one levy on a car I don't own but say they have now done 2, again on another car I don't own.

The BMW is a former work colleges company car, but I have no idea who the owner of the Mazda is
They are still insistant they want £200+

I am at my wits end with these idiots. what more can I do?
I have told them the levy is not valid as I don't own a car therefore the fees are inflated but it just falls on deaf ears. Council just brush it under the carpet and say everything they do is above board and legal.

They still will not say what court licenced the Reg Austin the bailiff but to check the website suggested, this was done before asking them about they licencing court, he is NOT on the website.

I would be grateful if someone in the know could help me put a strongly worded letter together for the council and newylns. Getting fed up with their constant lame excuses.
