Yes I am sure my son has some kind of mental disorder, as if you met him you'd think a world of him, he mild in temper, polite with good manners, yet the impulsive side where he lacks judgment in his decision making, it's like porridge too much for his brain to handle so he just goes where the wind blows him.

P.S. Although my children drive me nuts sometimes, they are not up for auction heh he
What you are describing sounds like ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or Asperger's Syndrome, which is on the autism spectrum. You need to get your GP to refer your son for assessment and your local authority need to statement him. This simply means that he is acknowledged as having "special needs". Some local authorities try to resist this, but it has a habit of coming back and smacking them in the face further down the line.
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

This of course takes us into the dangerous ground of the admin and attendance fees, one or both of which could have been legitimately charged in this case, but people have differing views over whether this should form part of the total amount paid. It's therefore possible to pay the fine in full, but have bailiff fees outstanding for which they will pursue you.
