Re: help!! received notice of distress warrant 5 days after I had paid fine in full

The contact details for the Senior Enforcement Manager (SEM) for HMCTS London are as follows -

    Tel.: 020 7556 8500
    Email: gl-cao.corresp@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

Collectica have come up on LB's radar, as well as that of HMCTS, for aggressive and threatening behaviour. I am currently helping an LB member deal with Collectica and the HMCTS SEM for the area the LB member is located has been very helpful.

One of the questions you need to ask the SEM is the date the court informed Collectica you had paid the fine in full. Once the fine is paid in full, all enforcement action should cease. If it is the case that Collectica has ignored HMCTS instructions, the SEM should be in a position to stop all further action.

The usual reaction would probably be to suggest that what he needs is a damn good thrashing or, failing that, a few days in gaol. However, his problems seem to stem from inadequate impulse control. Assuming that he does not have damage to the prefrontal cortex of his brain (from having been dropped on his head when he was a baby?) have you considered if he might have ADHD? (link)

I don't work, I am a house wife and a mother of 25 years, I have no car, no property, no income, what are they going to come and take?
They are not allowed to seize your daughter to sell at public auction.

It's strange, CC, but that's what I was thinking after reading the OP's description of their son's behaviour. A proper assessment would be helpful.

That would explain bailiffs behaviour, also, they all suffer from severe personality disorders that cause them to be incorrigible liars and bullies, they should all be placed in secure medical units for treatment.

Good advice there BB and CC, children with Aspergers Autism and other problems can be criminalised needlessly as they get pushed into a judicial track for their behavioral issues rather than medical intervention.

I doubt it's ADHD where bailiffs are concerned, bb, more like PPD (Psychopathic Personality Disorder), which means they behave in a manner most people would consider to be anti-social, but do not consider what they do to be anti-social or wrong. In extreme cases, PPD can make those so affected behave in a manner that is dangerous to others. The other thing that seems to feature a lot with those with a tendency towards violent behaviour is a dysfunctional family background involving domestic violence or physical abuse.

Which is why the violent and nasty people employed by the likes of Marstondales, well marstons have bought out dossers belong in Rampton or Broadmoor.

I have evidence that Jobcentre staff have been inciting JSA claimants to not disclose their age or any health issues on job applications. Apart from being unbelievable, it is a criminal offence to do so - Section 3, Fraud Act 2006 (Fraud by Failing to Disclose Information). As for IDS, the word A***hole describes what he speaks like, looks like and is. If IDS is found to be involved in the policy to incite JSA claimants to lie in job applications, that is serious - very serious.

Does the same thing apply to Working links, they routinely tell redundant professionals to hide anything higher than a GCSE off the CV in case that degree puts off Poundland or Tesco when the JokeCentretm has them apply for that shelf stacking job? I would say it does

You've answered that question by including what I said as a quote in your post, bb. It is Fraud by Failing to Disclose Information. More CP idiots, I bet.

thank you so much all of you guys/ladies? been very very helpful, you and lots of prayers has kept me insane, I don't feel as much stressed as when that "bomb" of a "bill" was dropped on my door step. So I shall be first of all e-mailing SEM gl-cao.corresp@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk and seeing if I can get as much info I can.

Yes I am sure my son has some kind of mental disorder, as if you met him you'd think a world of him, he mild in temper, polite with good manners, yet the impulsive side where he lacks judgment in his decision making, it's like porridge too much for his brain to handle so he just goes where the wind blows him.

P.S. Although my children drive me nuts sometimes, they are not up for auction heh he
