    Hi can someone tell me how to upload documents on here managed to get Bristow and sutor to send me a copy of the documents over

      Quick updated found out from the council parking ticket department that the outstanding fine is for £112 have payed this amount in full now direct to the council
      how should I proceed from this point now the original fine has been paid
      many tks to all

        The most that the jerk from B&S could lawfully have charged as a distress fee would be £(112 x 0.28) - approximately £32.

        Not £536!
