    SALSMOSS

Your opinion on this then please

A debtor has a removal of implied right of access on his front door
A Bailiff comes around and sees your car in the driveway and puts a levy on it

Now that a levy has been done

What is stopping the Bailiff from returning and removing the vehicle as a lawful levy has been accomplished

Roger Hampson is the CEO of the council and you will be surprised how quickly you might get a result. You may want to add in any of the others that you think are applicable which might be David Renovize or even perhaps Mark Green(You will see on the link who they are ).
Yes this would be the best option by going directly to the council, but the bailiff will still want his fees, this is the whole idea of not doing business with them, they rip you off in the blink of an eye but a hmcs bailiff wont as it states above any person aggrieved may bring an action for any special damage sustained by him by reason of the irregularity or informality against the person guilty of it.

The problem is people believe such nonsense as factual and act upon it

He cannot take your vehicle when he returns as it will be an aboandoned levvy, but they dont tell you that either do they, i will tho.

Good idea to record every call you make.

With the difference being yours wouldn't float on water, that you want to drown others to prove a point is not what the forum advocates.
