WOIRA is best used against TVL only, or Muck Hall/Snotcall/Moorcrap et al NOT bailiffs.

Bailiffs don't act under the implied right of entry anyway, the operate under a warrant or a court order, they cannot be prosecuted for trespass whilst correctly executing this, it is in the legislation somewhere, but also ancient common law.

No doubt the bailiff will return the warrant/liability order back to the local authority

WITH ALL THE INFLATED BAILIFF FEES ATTACHED AS WELL

The council will then go down the civil court route to collect the council and bailiff debt together

Why are you posting advice that will cause harm to people asking for help

I have no time for this free man stuff when it will end up costing huge amounts and costs if a case goes legal against the person asking for help
Lets hear your help forceofone, i want to learn your way

Of course peiople have rights, they have the right to do anything not expressly forbidden, unlike EU countries under Corpus Juris, where they can only do something if it is permitted.

Yes they do and people have rights against private bailiffs, why is everyone not taking this in, one says removal of implied rights is only for tvl, have a good look into it yourself.

                    Re: Urgent bailiff advice required!

Well there is this one, but it is all irrelevant because a bailiff would just ignore any such notice. I have tried to search the cases reference in your post and on the forum you mention on many occasions without success perhaps you could help with that.

                    125Irregularity in executing warrants.

                    (1)
No officer of a county court in executing any warrant of a court, and no person at whose instance any such warrant is executed, shall be deemed a trespasser by reason of any irregularity or informality—

                    (a)
in any proceeding on the validity of which the warrant depends; or

                    (b)
                    in the form of the warrant or in the mode of executing it;

but any person aggrieved may bring an action for any special damage sustained by him by reason of the irregularity or informality against the person guilty of it.

Really should start you own thread on this, perhaps you could do it in the bailiff advice section, entitle it," how to get rid of bailiffs by just telling them to go away", should be very popular, although there may be copyright problems with the forum you linked earlier.

It is starting to get rather hard to agree with anything you post as it is contrary to all known law

when you post with your opinions can you please reference it with either

                        CASE OR STATUTORY LEGISLATION

At the moment it is nothing but Bovine Excrement in my opinion

This is court bailiffs not private bailiffs, a court bailiff has powers to send in enforcement officers, private bailiffs have no such power

I am not going to get involved in the argument that is ongoing re the technicalities of fines and bailiffs. However, I would suggest that the OP(if he manages to read down to this post) simply, email the Chief Executive of the Redbridge Council and formerly complains about the fact that he has paid the fine, has paid equita and yet he is being threatened by representatives of the council re Equita.

Roger Hampson is the CEO of the council and you will be surprised how quickly you might get a result. You may want to add in any of the others that you think are applicable which might be David Renovize or even perhaps Mark Green(You will see on the link who they are ).
