Since the creation of the offence of Corporate Manslaughter, it should now be possible to haul senior local government officers, including CEOs, before the
courts and hold them to account. There are also the offences of Misconduct and Misfeasance in Public Office that can be used against LGOs.

Problem is police farces, would rather ignore bailiff and LA white collar crime, and looking at muppetry those numpties in Plymouth who tasered someone who was covered in petrol, deserve jailtime.

the authorities are frightened to actually charge any of these high & mighty officials with anything in case the whole "Enforcement Paradigm" crashes down around them.

The incident involving the tasering of someone dowsed in petrol happened in the Honicknowle area of Plymouth. I have a feeling the incident is going to bring the matter of the use of tasers, by police, into very sharp focus and I would not be at all surprised if police officers were stopped from using them. They were stopped from using CS Gas, not because of the cost, but because of the long-term adverse effects it has on the respiratory system and the fact that its use is banned under international conventions.

One would have though even the thickest copper would know a high voltage weapon like a Taser would ignite the vapour from the petrol? All it needs now is a third party when the debtor has long moved or never lived at the address to be tasered when Marstons are refused entry to levy or payment for the non debt and calls police who taser the innocent householder.
