Huge thanks to Plodder for all the help & directing labman to my tread...

Update so far I have paid the £25 directly to the council using the telephone service & shall get the letter done tonight.. I shall update this thread with any replies I get.

Just 1 quick question if I may.... do I also send a copy of my letter to Bristow & Sutor so they know I will not be dealing with them?

Personally, I wouldn't the Councilwillinform them you are making payments. Least you have to do with them the better in my opinion. Just remember to crack open a large Nescafe.
