Just watched in on iPlayer. It certainly shows HCEO's are the way to go to get a CCJ enforced. £60 well spent in my book if you're owed money.

I loved the way they made it look as though levying on 3000 sheep was easy. No mention of how reluctant they are to levy on livestock due to the responsibility of ensuring their wellbeing.

Not a job I'd want mind!

I think it is an excellent way if it is done properly; however, I do know someone where HCEO (and camera crew) turned up at 6am, seized goods, undersold them and came back for more, approaching an elderly person and intimidating them - bet that won't be on the programme though - the court had awarded the money to be taken out of the sale of the house & the claimant went to the HCEO - the Magistrate was unimpressed when he found out and the HCEO are being sued for knowingly underselling goods
