Hi I have received a letter stating that I now owe money to marstons as I didn't pay a speeding fine from April as I was in afghan and had no correspondence. I spoke to marstons last week and they have given me until tomorrow to pay an initial £60 to start a payment plan. Does it have to be 60 as well I am having financial problems else where and with it being Xmas I have pretty much nothing left until payday. Can I ask them to accept less or is this something I don't have a choice about even though I did say to them that I will pay the rest in full
