Last week I recieved a letter from Marston Baliffs stating that I have been fined for failure to notify DVLA of change of keeper,which I did but moved a month after,it was sometime back in May of last year that I sent the change of keeper off,the fine is a staggering £605 which I have not got,I phoned DVLA to see if I could get a copy of anything which would prove that I followed the correct procedure of notifying them but was told that they could not discuss it with me as it had gone to court,and that was the end of the phone call,so they were not helpful at all!.I never recieved any letters or phone calls prior to the letter I recieved last week,I then phoned Marston and was told that they would put the account on hold for seven days and that was all they could do,so now I feel pressured into paying a fine for an offence that I know that I have not commited,just sat waiting for a knock on the door from the baliffs!!:tinysmile_cry_t:
