Flannel & soap go together.
That's exactly what it means. However, in my experience, details on warrants have to be followed explicitly, otherwise, it will come back and smack you in the face when you least expect it.

I can confirm that according to the Bailiff register, Mr Anderson made an application to Medway County Court. The record shows a hearing pending at Medway County Court which was to be heard on 10.08.2012.

Ring the Enforcement Section at Medway County Court first thing on Monday morning and ask them to clarify the bailiff's status.

It is possible he has been a naughty boy and is waiting for the judge to smack his botty.

Re: breakdown of charges council tax

Hi blue bottle, finally got a reply from S/G,in relation to #28..

When ask for them to quote exact legal provision there relying on (you were correct) there were unable to quote the provision....they finished there letter off by saying:

Stanford & Green, will no longer enter into further discussions regarding the legalities of this case as we feel all relevant questions have been addressed.

What should i do now as i feel that they still acted unlawfully as they didn't serve the L/O on my address asked them names of the bailiff they refused,so should i just put a complain about there conduct to the council to explain? As they are working for them as there agents.

Your helpful advise would be greatly appreciated.

Re: breakdown of charges council tax

The Council are ultimately responsible for the actions & charges of their contractor. As the Bailiff aappear to be intransigent you should address all issues to the Council They in turn will probably back the Bailiff as they will probably not have a clue. You may then ask the LGO to investigate. It will pay to remind the Council of the recent report by the LGO http://www.lgo.org.uk/news/2012/nov/...half-councils/

It never becomes time barred providing it was originally issued within 6 years of the debt becoming due.
