I'm taking this outfit to court to get my money back - they forced me to pay a debt belonging to a limited company by trying to take my things and my vehicle and brought police backup with them. Turned up without notice and didn't have a warrant or writ and only a bit of paper saying what they couldn't take and stayed for over 2 hours marching about my house and garden trying to find anything they could to take straight away and auction my things when they couldn't find anything belonging to the debtor. I've checked with the OFT and they definately lost their consumer credit licence in 2011 and it looks like they needed to have this licence when they obtained their hceo licence. Does anyone know whether or not this is the case. They also claim to act in accordance with the consumer credit act but aren't registered for this. Any info over what licences hceo's need could help my case.
