Does anyone know the name of the CEO of this unscrupulous company as I need to write to them. Despite providing proof the person they seek does not reside here and, them agreeing in writing that they would cease to contact me- in June of this year. They have left a letter through my door again today full of their usual bull crap.

Who is the creditor in this case? You may need to send the creditor and Equita a Notice to Desist each. This is, basically, a letter telling them, in no uncertain terms, to cease their conduct immediately on pain of court action to legally restrain them.
