bailiff case law

hi guys new here wondered if anyone has links to case law i had my face smashed into a wall by a bailiff punched in the face and tried to knee me in the knackers ,his friend pulled him out so he picked up a bloody spade and started waliking back to the house with it ,all because i hurt his foot by slamming the door on it ,guess what i got charged with assault
admittadly i did run back into house and get a bigger weapon
there is a bit more to it but basically im looking for case law like vaughan mckenzie , snook mannion etc any help appreciated

thanks puff i will give some background tomorrow but for starters the (warrant) was issued from a court that had closed 7 months before and now im trying to see it ive been chasing the so called warrant since april and the court that took over the paperwork say no warrant was issued bailiff company says i have a copy (its only their company logo and a print out ) so are refusing to let me see it

do you have the name of the bailiff?

we have ways of seeing if they can legally be a bailiff (forgotten the technical term, I have my tired head on), personally I am shocked at what has happened to you, are you badly hurt? can we help with you recovering?

Okay, Puff, I'm here. Hi Rayla. You say that two bailiffs came to your home and the scrote stuck his foot in your door. Could you post up why the scrotes were at your home and what this alleged "warrant" was for, please?

The bailiffs don't work for Marston Group, by any chance? It sounds like their MO.

Good on ya for doing some research, mate. You're obviously serious about this, and bailiffs' conduct is getting to be "seriously beyond a joke." BlueBottle has first-hand experience of these critters (by helping others, I hasten to add !!!)

hi blue it was marstons it was a distress warrant for an unpaid motoring offence

yes puff have both there names both certificated so far have about 16 offences lined up for them from fraud to dissaffecting a police officer and extortion and blackmail

ps the bill of rights bit was notification of a trial as i knew nothing about it
