New E-petition to Deal With Thug Bailiffs

A petition has launched on Change.org and Twitter urging the Ministry of Justice to cancel the contracts of ALL bailiff companies who enforce court fines on behalf of HMCTS. The petition follows an incident last Thursday, 16 August 2012, when a bailiff from Marston Group illegally forced his way into a 51 year-old woman's house and sent her crashing down a flight of 13 steps, sustaining serious injuries. The woman has an unblemished record and owed no fines. She had told Marston Group, on two previous occasions, after receiving correspondence from them addressed to someone else. The police have yet to arrest the bailiff. Please sign this petition before someone else is seriously-injured or, even, killed by the unregulated and unaccountable civil enforcement industry.

Link repaired and now working perfectly, Bill. From what I can gather, the scrote legged it before the police arrived on scene which, apparently, was pretty quick.

signed too that bailiff needs to be arrested and the key thrown away I read this too and it made me physacally sick, I do not swear normally but I know a very naughty word which would discribe him perfectly
