Re: JBW Group
Hi Bluebottle, sorry just found your message. I have deleted them as they annoy me, sorry! They go along the lines of 'you still have outstanding money owing, please call 01.... to pay this debt in full' or 'you still have outstanding money owing, if you do not pay this is full immediately, further enforcement action will be taken' Not nice! When I write to them make a re-payment offer this is there response:
'Please can you provide supporting documents in respect of your financial
hardship. This must be in the form of documentation that demonstrates your
financial position such as state benefits, income support, disability
allowance, debts owed, income and expenditure and bank statements.
The above documentation must be dated within the last three months to allow JBW
Group to take them into consideration.
Once we are in receipt of these documents, we will propose an appropriate
arrangement based on the financial situation you have demonstrated.
We have placed your account on hold for 7days in order to proceed with this
matter. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, please be aware
that enforcement action may continue

BUT I now have good news - I made a payment directly to the council last Friday (as advised on here) and today I have received a letter setting up a re-payment plan. Can I now tell JBW where to go?
