Could you tell me what a SAR is please?

I have not had another letter from Marston since the one dated 7th August and was considering sending them another stating that I did not make a complaint but asked copies of xyz or make a refund.

I got an email back from the OFT but I am unsure they were that interested....

We have therefore recorded the details of your complaint, and we will consider this alongside any other complaints we have received with a view to any consumer credit licensing or other action we may decide to take. If we do take any action against this trader we may need to contact you again in the future. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose any details about any action we may take, due to legal restrictions on the OFT relating to disclosure of information.

While we are very sorry to hear about the difficulties you have been experiencing, the OFT has no authority to become involved in individual disputes between consumers and traders so we cannot advise you directly in this matter.

I got a letter back from Marston today.

According to our records, you telphoned our auto payment line and paid £191.00 on 18th July 2012. Having broken the terms of the payment agreement it would have been appropriate for you to have contacted us in person, thus highlighting the matter. However, as you paid automatically our Enforcement Agent visted your address unaware that you had paid.

Having completed a thorough investigation it is clear that in failing to adhere with the terms of a payment arrangement, it was necessary for the warrant to be passed to an Enforcement Agent to visit. However, our records show that you paid on the 26th July 2012, and with this in mind, I have on this occasion arranged for the Attendence Fee of £215 to be refunded, as a gesture of goodwill and a cheque for this amount will follow shortly.

During my investigation, I found no evidence to suggest that we have acted unlawfully or other than in accordance with relevent statutory and other legal regulations, and there are therefore no grounds for any further payments.

Okay, So I happy I am going to get the £215 back although the cheque was not included in the letter but what gets me is there blatent denial that they did any wrong and blaming me for paying with there own systems?????

Suggestions where to go from now? Or stay on course with where I was....?
