They seem to be very coy with their email address, don't they, Royalie ? The only email address I found was their personnel dept, careers@bristowsutor.co.uk - so, if you want to be a bailiff, they'll chat with you - but if you have a debt query, they won't !!!

If you have a contact name, then you could try emailing " contactname@bristowsutor.co.uk " or " cname@bristowsutor.co.uk "

The one to the OFT is one of the more important. A number of complaints, some of them serious, have gone to OFT against Equita and Marstons. lately.
