help! im having trouble with Marstons bailiffs

hi everyone,
i just wanted a bit of advice really, i had a visit form a bailiff about 30 mins ago, basically there are saying that i owe them £463 for a speeding offence that happened 6 years ago, i cant even remember this! i didnt answer the door to them and they posted a little card through the door saying they will be back with a locksmith, can they do this?? also im a nursing student, and all my furniture and tv is from places like bright house, so i have nothing for them to take. Not sure what to do, please help! thanks xx

They won't return with a locksmith, that's a common threat and well done for not letting them in.
