    Bailiffs Charges

    Hi I have just got home and found a delivered by hand letter from Philips for a speeding fine that was originally £95 and philips are asking for £365 are these charges allowed any help is appreciated

    Did you know about the fine? Have you moved since it was awarded?

      yes but I have been away and didnt get anything from the court til I returned
